After the Swiss had taken an early lead, Bavidge levelled the game on 17 minutes, winning the ball back and then exchanging a nice one-two with a teammate to convert from inside the area.
Bavidge was on the bench for the recent defeats to Hearts and St Mirren, but was handed a first team bow by interim boss Barry Robson for the final few seconds of the 3-1 victory against Motherwell at Pittodrie earlier this month.
